SIDEC 2025
For Visitors
Welcome to the first International Defense Exhibition and Conference SIDEC, where you will have the opportunity to discover next-generation defense technologies.
SIDEC takes place at the Celje Fair in Celje, Slovenia from Tuesday, October 21, to Friday, October 24, 2025, every day between 9 am and 5 pm.
As this is a professional business event, we kindly ask all visitors to respect the prescribed dress code
between October 21 and 23:
- General participants – minimum recommended: Smart Casual;
- Civil VIP delegations – Business Attire;
- Military delegations – Service Dress Class A.
On the final day, October 24, no dress code is required, though appropriate attire is encouraged.
Visitors are not permitted to photograph exhibits. Access to official photos and videos will be available through the SIDEC Media Center.
A large number of free parking spaces will be available at the Celje Fairgrounds.
As parking is limited, we recommend arriving early or using public transportation to reach the venue.

Visitor Access and Registration
The event is free of charge for visitors, but prior registration is required for entry to the exhibition and conference from October 21 to 23.
After submitting the form, you will receive confirmation of your approved participation at SIDEC 2025 within a few days.
On Friday, October 24, an Open Day will be held for the general public. No prior registration is
required.
Event Programme
Throughout the event, there will be plenty of opportunities for networking, socializing, and refreshments in lounge areas, along with a rich programme taking place in the Congress Center of the Celje Fair (Hall E):
- Official opening of SIDEC 2025;
- Presentation of the Strategy of the Slovenian Defense Industry and Technology Base in the Republic of Slovenia;
- A two-day professional conference addressing: cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, energy efficiency, and technologies of the future;
- Parallel event In the Service of the Homeland;
- Official closing ceremony (final day).
Exhibitors
At this premier exhibition, more than 150 companies and organizations from 18 countries will present their products, technological solutions, and services across three exhibition halls and the outdoor platform, covering more than 10,000 m2.
