Basic information
- All prices listed in the e-Aplication are exclusive of 22% VAT, which is covered by the
individual customer.
- Unless otherwise specified, all prices are valid for the entire duration of the event and not for
single day.
- All organizations participating in the exhibition space must pay a mandatory ecological fee of
2 EUR/m2.
- Additional equipment and services that are not included in the basic offer of an unequipped
exhibition space (electricity power, internet, additional lighting, furniture and other fair
equipment...) can be ordered from the Technical Organizer for a fee.
- The exhibitor's general liability insurance is also included in the rental price.
- Conditions of participation
Exhibition Space Order *
- The unequipped exhibition space is completely empty (without any floor covering, partition
walls, furniture, nor fascia board) and can be equipped by the Exhibitors as they wish. You will be able to order
additional equipment (floor covering, perimeter walls, tables, etc.) after location confirmation along with the
Exhibitors' Instructions. For a specific offer you can contact the Technical Organizer's team: Edis Kaltak, edis.kaltak@proevent.si, 01 300 32 26.
- The smallest exhibition space you can rent is 9 m2.
- IMPORTANT: The mandatory and minimum additional equipment required for your exhibition space,
which you must provide, includes: floor covering and partition walls (the minumum required height
of the partition walls is 2.5 m).
